Saving audio or pictures

Hi, Just received my iPhone 4s today, I was just wondering if there is a way I can save a ringtone sent to me from my text messaging? Coming from an android phone I would usually have the option to save to sd, but now with the iPhone I have no option. Please let me know. Thanks.

The only way would be to purchase it threw apple apps or try and sync it with itunes.

You can't get it through SMS I would email the ringtone to myself and convert it to m4r using your computer.
