Could someone please recommend the easiest way to recover a voice memo I deleted from iPhone 4s prior to backing it up? I transcribed the voice memo then deleted it. I then (like a maroon) misplaced the transcription. I have a pc running Win7. Thanks guys.

There are quite a few ways.....it just depends what you want to recover. Different things mean different methods.
