Recover Permanently Deleted Photos

If you don’t use iCloud Photos, and there’s an iTunes backup including the images that have been removed, it’s possible to recover them. You’ll have to restore your iPhone from that backup.
An iTunes backup does not include images saved to or synced by iCloud, photos that have been saved from the iPhone to your computer, and images that weren’t taken with the device itself.
If one of these apply, you’re out of luck. Sorry!
