So my wife's iPhone 7 plus has had these times where it won't load anything data related. It says it has a decent amount of LTE while it's doing it too. She will reboot device multiple time but that doesn't change anything. The only thing that does work is clearing the ram. You holding the power button until the "swipe to turn off" bar comes up and then holding the home button and that seems like temporary fix because it continues to happen. We purchased the phone through T-mobile and are still on T-mobile.
