My wife's iPhone 4 started acting messed up out of the blue. You can't swipe pages or slide to scroll, everything you touch it speaks to you and tells you what it is, even when you click on the signal strength it says what it is, to open or activate any apps on first page (can't swipe to second page) you have to double click on it, and when "she" talks to you, she tells you to double click. The Internet is the same way when pulled up, can't scroll and whatever you touch it speaks to you and explains what it is. Any ideas????

You can deactivate the triple home button in settings. Just in case it does it again.

Actually, you have turned on the "Voiceover" function; see Settings > Accessibility to turn it off!
NEVER do a full-on factory reset until all options are exhausted.
[Hard-Reset? fine: hold-in both the Home and Power buttons till you see the apple the first time.
NOTE: Do not wait until the second time (as has been advised on YT, etc.); b/c then, you would have to re-install EVERY.SINGLE.THING. ]
