I ran through EXTREMELY heavy rain before with my iphone 4 in my pocket. When I got home and did research it said that you can tell if the phone is water damaged if the headphone jack is partially red/pink. Mine is partially red/pink but the phone seems completely normal. Am I out of the woods or will it slowly stop working? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Couldn't answer your question but I would seal the phone in a bag of dry rice for a couple days to absorb as much moisture as possible.

I read a couple sites that all suggested I do that. The only thing is I see literally no difference in the phone from before this happened. Is it possible the water didn't get in the phone and the indicator just went on because the phone was around water?

Yes very possible since it seems to be working. You might do the rice at least overnight to make sure no moisture travels farther into the phone. Rice is cheaper than a new phone. :)
