Yeah a few it’s on my wife’s phone she’s been getting a lot of abnormal emails and sometimes her phones Wi-Fi won’t work or apps ack weird I have a few more pics is there maybe software or something or someway to run diagnostics on the phone to see if there is anything malicious

Provided the phone has not been jailbroken, it is unlikely to have malware. What you could do would be to restore it to factory settings and make a fresh start.
