Question about icloud!!

Ok could someone tell me exactly what the point of iCloud is. Like what it does. If I backup my music on it could I delete them off of my phone???

iCloud is simply a "backup" of your iDevice created via Wifi... and stored on Apple's servers. As opposed to a physical backup being stored on your computer via iTunes. Perhaps one of these days it'll branch into a cloud based music storage service... but not any time soon.

Good point... iTunes Match is an add on that works with iCloud. However, is not native feature of iCloud. Thanks for pointing this out, dbplumb.
