Question about 6???

Understand the window will b closing for the older versions like 5.1.1. Once that window closes will my phone quit working if I haven't upgraded by then??

No, you can be on any firmware you want, Apple does not force updates.

I know I've read it a thousand times but I wanna go ahead and upgrade but I'm running on 5.1.1 teathered. What exactly do I need to do to upgrade. I connect to iTunes and click download to new phone or whatever and not backup correct? And it will automatically update to 6???
