Put the User Manual on the Phone

Is there a way to put the User Manual on the phone itself so I can access it without connecting to the internet and without using iTunes?

I know that I can put on a link to the User Manual to get to it using WiFi or cellular.
I have not yet gotten into iTunes.

You can download the iPhone user guide from the iBooks Store for free. Once downloaded, you do not need any Internet connection to read the book.
