Problems with appstore

Are anyone having problems w/ the app store not loading up? I can only update old apps but couldn't search or view anything else.. It only started happening ever since iOS 9 any ideas?

Try force closing the app, sign out in Settings - iTunes & App Store, then sign in again.
Maybe you'll have to agree to changed terms & conditions.

It didn't work for me unfortunately.. It's weird. The update tab seems to be working fine, but it wont update anything. Other tabs, just doesn't show anything at all. Does this mean I am going to have to factory reset the phone?

Try a reset first:
Press and hold Home and Power button until you see the Apple logo. Then let go of both, your iPhone will power up on it's own.

The new software needs some time to settle in. Wait for a few hours, maybe the problem disappears on it's own.
