Problems after ios 7

After update to ios 7 my phone had problems such decrease in speed and hang up. I restored it once after that about 1 month was good so got same problems whats wrong with it?

7.0.6 was released today. Put the device into DFU mode, and shift/command + click the Restore button and point it to the 7.0.6 IPSW.
