problem with volume after IOS 5 upgrade

I hope I am not reposting a topic. I searched and didn't see this problem.

I am having problems with my volume. I have it turned up as loud as it will go but when I receive a text I can barely hear it, only if I am sitting right next to it. The same is true with the text to speech in the texts. When I get a phone call the volume is normal. It just seems to be a problem with my texts and text to speech.

Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you so much.

You're ringtone is probably low.

I have checked and it is as loud as it can go.
