Problem with 3gs 4.12ios

Please help. I jailbrake phone and last two weaks my springboard chrashing down, every time when i lock my phone. Then go to safe mode. Need to reastart Every time. Is any advice so I can fix problem?

you most likely installed an app that your device does not like.. what have you installed from cydia?
