I have two different Youtube accounts - one personal and one public. I had been signed in to my personal account on my iPhone and was certain that I had signed out. Now, every time I try and upload a video from my iPhone, it uploads it to my personal account, even though I signed out on my Youtube app and re-signed in to my public account. It seems that my iPhone is somewhere storing the credentials for my personal account on Youtube, and for the life of me I can't find it anywhere.
