Please Help! iPhone 4 keeps wanting me to restore.

Today my iPhone 4 stopped working and rebooted itself. When it came back I had no access to my cellular network. Then it told me to connect to iTunes and restore the phone. After I connected to the computer my data was unlocked and my phone was unlocked. After I unplug from the computer the phone is fine for about two minutes and then dies until I do a hard reboot or connect to the pc again. I recently updated to the newest firmware. Im lost. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Quick question: Did you jail break it on iOS 5.1? Cause if you did, you have to reboot it using the jail break tool, you can't just turn it on and off. You must use the computer to reboot/restart it in tethered mode.

If you didn't jail break it, then never mind and I'm sorry but I don't know what's wrong. Hopefully, someone else will be along to help.
