Playing Movies On TV from IPHONE4

I have had "some" sucess playing movies from my IPHONE to TV, but not ALL. I have the composite Cable, so I think I have all the required hardware, so I htink it may be the type of movie file format I am trying. I tried downloading "Movie Player" from the App store but this does not play anything ...

You will need to install applications from cydia to be able to mirror your phone to the tv. Mirroring means that you will be able to watch everything you see on your phone, on your tv. 2apps to download from cydia, ressuported4 and tvout2.

You need 2 applications to be installed on your device:
1- Resupported4
2- tvout2

don't worry iphone comes with both 3G 0r 4F networks.
