Pictures for enlargement

I need to take pictures of architectural mock-ups which can be enlarged and viewed at the same scale as the 3' x 4' model. Please tell me the phone app and setting needed to maintain the best pixel quality.

First off, I’d access and bookmark Apple’s iPhone User Guide for whatever model you have. Study it, especially the Camera section.

In your Settings App, go to Camera, go over all your options, and make choices that best meet your needs. Most image quality options/settings are in “Formats.” The highest resolution original will give you the best output options.

I’d start with the provided Photos App first. If you find it wanting, determine your needs and shop carefully.

I don’t understand your “scale” requirement, but if you’re talking about prints, I’d look for a printer you can have a face-to-face relationship with.
Good luck! …

Looks like RAW 48 will be your best bet, right there in the Camera app. That's only available on the Pro/Pro Max. If you have any other 17, you still have 48 MP but you won't have the option of RAW. This is not necessarily a problem, but if you do have the Pro, it would make sense to use it.
