Hi ,
I'm looking for These apps where you can edit your pictures. Editing like making adjustments on the brightness, it's quality, rotate it or making it look only colored black and white or making it look doodled .
Pls state either the app is free or how much it cost.

Well adobe photoshop has a free/paid version. The free version will do all the things you mentioned and more. I like the paid app filterstorm ($3.99) it does every kind of photo tweak you can imagine, and it works with the iPad!
