Photos Not Streaming to PC

My 4s phone all of a sudden stopped streaming photos to my PC. Has anyone ever had this happen before and knows how to fix it. Thanks

What method are/were you using to "stream" photos to your PC?

I use the I cloud settings in the phone. It was working fine.
