Photos and contacts?

Hi guys, got a bit of a problem here. I got my wife an iPhone XR under my account. I don’t know what happened during set up. Now her photos and contacts are merged with mine. How can I separate my own contacts and photos from her phone? thank you

Are you using the same iCloud account on both iPhones? That could explain why the contacts and photos are merged on both iPhones.

Yes I am, I just realized that. Need to get her own Apple ID.
