Phone reception on 6S

Am with Verizon with weak signal outside and deadzone inside. I use a (zBoost) signal booster with an external antenna (directional-- YAGI) that worked well (3-5 dots) with my Apple3 and Apple4 phones. Dual band booster for 800 and 1900 MHz.
Upgraded the Apple4 to 6S (last month) and I am back in the dead zone. 1 dot to "searching" on the phone, dropped calls etc etc.
Q1: What frequency does the 6S phone work on?
Q2: If I get a booster that claims to work in the range 700-1900MHz will it help? ($500/-?)
Q3: Is the so called LTE a factor in cellular data transmission only or does it affect voice (phone) communication also.
Q4: Should I opt for the 4G/LTE booster? Some devices specify LTE (boost) for AT&T network only; other specifications claim 3G for PCS and Cellular services (800 & 1900 MHz).

Truly confused. Any help/suggestions?
