Phone keeps freezing after jailbreaking!? Please help!

I jailbroke my phone a few days ago with Redsn0w, and since then twice is just randomly frozen. I've been playing a game or something, and I'll go back to the home screen & it'll just freeze. I can lock it and unlock it but can't do anything more than that. Why?
I have an iPhone 4.

Probably something you have installed through Cydia. Try uninstalling packages you don't need in Cydia, if that doesn't work you'll have to restore.
