Pentalobe screws on Verizon iPhone

So I bought a sweet brushed aluminum back for my new iPhone. I guess they're now using those weird pentalobe screws to discourage any mods.

I've seen them online but wanted to see if anyone has found something that is compatible.

Or does anyone know of a place to get the screwdrivers??

By removing those two screws, what do you gain access to? It sounds like you can change the back faceplate or something?
