what is the best way to move my #'s to the new phone?

I am on Att now, and using a Fuze by htc. barf loath that phone... I am not worried about pics as I have them on a micro card. Just a lot of numbers I do not want to lose.

My husband just took his old Sony Ericsson phone into the ATT store and they transferred everything in his contacts to his iphone, took like 10 minutes.

I transferred my contacts using Windows Contacts. Updated all the names and numbers on my computer and then they automatically sync when you plug in your iPhone
