i got that problem with all notification such as whatsapp, whoshere,and parlingo accept outlook exchange mail is working perfectly. my problem is when my mobile is on standby mood i can't receive any notifications as i mentioned it, but when it is on operation mood i received any notifications. for your information that problem it wasn't on. my iphone 4 ios4 (4.3.3) already gilbreakon. at this time i consider my iphone is useless isn't?
