No signature option under settings

I am trying to setup a signature line and in the manual it states to go to “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” > Signature, then type a signature.

When I go to settings, “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” there is NO signature option.

Is this an app that I have to download or is something missing? I have 5 email accounts setup and working...

I would try a restart. Then look again... Your looking in the right spot just make sure you scroll down far enough it's almost at the bottom.

Should be the 12th line down.
