No imessage or internet

I have five iPhone 5 for the family and since upgrading to iOS 7 I cannot send iMessages or access the internet on 3G (wifi ok) in lots of places. It seems to be happening to numerous users. I am on the 3 network and tried all the normal stuff as follows.

SIM card out
Erase net work settings
Turned off mobile data and on
Cleared cookies from safari
Erased all data from phone set it up as new phone and restored data.

Nothing works 3 network days all is fine and so do apple. Obviously is not any help anyone !??

Lots of people are having trouble with iMessage since upgrading to IOS 7, we can only repeat that Apple is aware and hopefully a fix will come in the next update.

Three has a pretty good support site on it's website. Click on your country and then the support link and it has instructions to troubleshoot. It may simply be the issues Apple is having with iMessage right now, but Three may have some helpful hints with your internet issues.
