No data?

I just got my phone 3 days ago and I'm finding out now that I have no Internet or data. I can call and text but that's it. Anyone know what might have caused this? And the reason I found out now is because my house and work both have wifi and it's always hooked up. My phone says sprint 3G and full bars but still no data.

It comes up as could not activate cellular data network.

Call sprint. They'll have u type in a number to activate it
