If you have any questions, ask. A lot of my colleagues run up to our department with messed up iPhones because they were like "I thought I could fix it. I saw it on YouTube/a forum" If you're unsure of something, always ask because it's better educate yourself through the words of others than trial and error, which isn't bad for SOME things. Just not for all
