Newbie needing help!

Hello everyone I am an iphone4 novice and need some help - this morning I went to read an email on my work account and deleted by accident - can I retrieve this???

Do you have more than one account linked to your iphone email client?

I have 3 email accounts set up

Okay, press on your mail icon, if you're in an inbox already go back to your "mailboxes" page, under accounts go to your work email account, press on "trash" and it should be in there. If you want to move it to another folder (i.e. your inbox) click on the little folder icon on bottom and press on inbox.
