New Renders Show iPhone 8 Running iOS 11

BGR writes that well-known leaker Benjamin Geskin has posted new renders of the iPhone 8 running iOS 11. And while the images look pretty impressive, for the most part, BGR does take issue with the look of the cut-out area at the top of the phone that houses the front-facing cameras and sensors.

If this is an accurate representation of the new iPhone running iOS 11, then it’s true to say that the camera area does look a little strange. The renders do a great job of showing some of the new elements of iOS 11 such as the return of the antenna bars in the top-left corner instead of the dots, possibly done in order to make room for the new camera housing. Also, you now have to swipe up to open the notification centre on the lock screen rather than swipe down, which could also have something to do with the new position of the camera array.
