I was given a iPhone 3GS - not activated but used to be a AT&T. I think I did a jail break on the device but I want to discover all that can be done with the phone. Running 5.0.1 on a 16GB

Want to run some movies on it and do some surfing, but investigating if I can bluetooth to my company blackberry to do that on its unlimited plan.

Live in Denver and I'm a disaster relief worker. Know something about computers since I repair them.

Want to learn about the 3GS and see what I can do with it. I'm an old fart (64) but I'm an old dog who wants to learn new tricks.

Welcome to the forum. You can connect your iPhone to your bb and make Internet if your bb is capable to tether 3G connection. You will not need to activate the Bluetooth on your iPhone, just go to wifi on your iPhone and look for your bb wifi connection once your bb is tethering the 3G connection.
