New iphone 4 4.2.1 will not update

Hi I hope some of you have got the answer I need.
Last week I jailbroke my 3GS that was on 4.3.2 and all went well, I back up yesterday on itunes and then got my new iphone 4. when I tried to restore my backup from my 3gs onto my new iphone 4 it said I needed to update the new iphone to 4.3.3 and when I try to do this its say there is an itunes error 3914 which means i cant upgrade but why when it is a brand new phone Help!!

That error number (3194) means SHSH blobs were not delivered to your device, and therefore the device halted the restore.

I get that you need SHSH blobs to down grade but this is a brand new phone never taken out of the box.
Why would it not let me upgrade to 4.3.3?

Try editing your hosts file,

Go to C:Windows/System32/drivers/etc and open the hosts file with notepad. Delete the line that has gs.apple.com in it completely. Remember to save it and make sure iTunes is not running when you do it. I also advise restarting your computer before opening iTunes again...

Dowbload the latest iTunes and install it into your comouter, restart your computer an perform the upgrade again.
