Hello my name is Nick.

I was suppose to get the iPhone4S today, but the phone that got shipped to Verizon from Apple was DOA. Mainly came to see if anyone else had DOA iPhone4S' or if I got unlucky

Glad to be here, hopefully will get some tips with the iPhone since this is my FIRST Apple product (mum works at Microsoft o.o)

She is a data collection manager, which means all the error reports people send, they get sent to her "team" and if her team has questions, she manages them.
