Construction of Apple's new Cupertino location Campus 2 is well underway. The site, previously owned by Hewlett Packard, is set to be completed in Q4 2016. The spaceship-like Campus 2 is said to provide over 2.8 million square feet of space and house over 12,000 Apple employees.

A new video coming from B&H Photo, shows a Phantom 2 Vision+ drone capturing aerial footage of the construction site. In the video we can see that construction of the inner ring, along with the building's foundation, have seen great progress. Looking at the video, it seems that the inner ring is about four stories high, as of now, scaled to the construction vehicles driving close by.

Apple's Campus 2 is estimated to cost about $5 billion to complete. The site is said to be made up of 80% greenery and only 20% built-up area. Campus 2 will also include a twin-structure parking lot, capable of housing 9,240 parking spaces. All we can say for now, is that Campus 2 will start taking shape some time next year, and we can't wait to see how it goes.
