Network not reading

I have an iPhone 4 32GB, unlocked. I just got a new sim card for my new plan and it won't read the Network. It can read the Carrier as "Bell 10.0" but the Network won't work. I'm on Virgin Mobile Canada, which is a sub company of Bell.

Maybe you should take your phone to your carrier and have them try a different SIM card, it's possible yours may be defective.
