Back in the day i had a netflix account but i could never manage to send back the dvd's and it was always frustrating to me how much i never used it… well recently i broke down and bought a subscription to the "stream only" account I was mostly using it at home, but hone i got a pretty cool promotion at work that requires i travel around quite a bit… Netflix has practically saved my sanity…. haha!

My boss got me this little "micro" projector for the presentations that i have to do for work. At first i told my boss to not bother with a "micro projector" cause i had heard rumor that they were too dim for practical use but after he practically forced me to use it. I was pretty impressed after i tried it... thank goodness cause i usually get the stiff end of that situation. I couldn't count the number of times i've been told i have to use a sh**Y "hours tracking/invoiceing" program or piece of hardware...

After having it for a bit i realized i like to use it in my hotel room since i always seem to have freetime when the only thing on are terrible soap operas… *BARF*

He bought the aaxa M1 Ultimate from AAXA Technologies - Pico Projector Specialists - Advanced Nano-LCoS Systems if you want to check out more detailed specs…

but the projector is pretty cool! it is incredibly small ( about 4.5x4.5x1.5 inches)

I made this little video showing my set up and i thought you guys might like it! what do you think? ( i know the video angle is terrible haha)

110 lumens does seem awfully low. I just had to buy a projector for my use at work and I wouldn't even look at anything below 2000 lumens because I end up in brightly lit rooms alot. But I guess in a dark hotel room it would be great.

These projectors use an LED light source though, rather than the typical UHP or UHE lamp. I don't believe the lumens rating is directly comparable due to the different quality of LED vs. other incandescent technologies.

According to AAXA's website, the M1 Ultimate is 75 lumens, BTW.
