Vivid Games steady-hand game, Neon Mania has proved to be a big hit on the iPhone and iPad, and its just been updated to version 1.2, as well as getting a new free Lite version. Fifteen new achievements have been added via the update, and the game now supports multitasking as well as OpenFeint integration. The tutorial has also been updated in the new version, as have the graphics, and a Neon Gallery has been added so that players can show off their artistry.
There have been over 40,000,000 neon signs illuminated by Neon Mania players since the games launch, says Vivid Games president Remigiusz Koscielny, and we want those avid sign makers to be able to tell their friends about their achievements and high scores. OpenFeint integration into Neon Mania was the natural choice for letting the online world see those neon lights burning brightly!
Neon Manias gameplay is addictive as it is simple, requiring players to carefully and accurately trace shapes and symbols on the touchscreen with their finger, lighting up the neon sign to score points, over a massive 551 levels. You really will have a hard time stopping once you start!
A further update is planned in celebration of Memorial Day on May 30, with the addition of 50 more free themed levels.
