Could itbe 8j2 or 04.10.01 or is it iccid?

you cannot use any software unlock as ultrasn0w only works on the 01.59 baseband so then you would need to look into hardware unlocks such as gevey sim

Just buy a gevey ultra, then everything goes fine.
