need setup help

hello all.just was looking for easiest way to setup my iphone in itunes.i already have an itunes account with my ipod touch.i want to transfer some of the apps from the ipod to my new iphone,but not all the apps.how do i go about transferring certain apps to the new phone? i especially want to transfer the paid apps.thank you in advance.

There is a spot down below on iTunes that says, only sync selected apps manually.
