need help with mov recorded from phone.??

is there a free proggie to convert the movie made with the iphone 4s to regular avi format cause the format is mov from the iphone.and i can watch it on my computer thanks

You should be able to use QuickTime on th computer to watch it, but Handbrake will convert it.
