Need help finding iphone USB driver for Windows

I am troubleshooting this problem: As of today, when I connect my 5S to my Windows 10 (64-bit) PC, Explorer no longer recognizes/sees/lists the 5S. itunes sees the 5S, including correct Summary data.

I would like to update my Windows 10 iphone USB driver, but I can't find it at the Apple Support site (yes, I'm embarrassed).

Could someone please nudge me in the right direction in order to find this driver?

I was working from a web site that gave somewhat different advice.

I'll give the intowindows.com method a try.
