Mysterious 3x3 cm Apple Touchscreen

Tw.apple.pro, a site where many Apple parts pop up, posts this interesting LCD touchscreen. The touchscreen is 3 cm x 3 cm and has the Apple logo slapped on it. It really could be anything.

What do you guys think? iPod Touch Nano? New Nano? New Shuffle? iWristwatch?
