My SE not backing up to iCloud

I have tried resetting network settings, reducing amount to be backed up etc but still nothing. Any advise please?

You can also backup to iCloud manually. That's in Settings - iCloud - Backup - Backup Now.

If the backup doesn't complete, despite trying manually, sign out of iCloud and back in again.
Try a different network when you backup.
If there's an existing backup, delete it and try again.
The last option would be to erase your iPhone in Settings - General - Reset, or use iTunes to restore it.

I have tried all of that apart from manual backup S o can't see an option on the phone to do that. Can you be specific where I will find it? Thanks

It's in Settings - iCloud - Backup, and called "Back Up Now":

It's strange I don't see it there but when I do a search in settings it comes up.
