my headset broken & stuck on iphone 6+

Help!

The whole hole is covered. Try to glue it but unsuccesful.

Should i open it? would this be doable?

I search on you tube to open a 2 screws beside the charging port then i think the headset box is sealed from inside

That can be a complicated repair, which if not done properly can cause additional damage. Do you have an Apple Store close enough to visit? The Genius Bar may be able to help you. There may be a fee involved but the Genius Bar appointment itself is free.
