My 5s keeps searching

Hi, I am new to this forum so please be gentle, hehe, my 5s keeps saying searching I have tried the hold power and home buttons, different SIM card, reset network settings but nothing is helping, one minute great signal next searching, it's driving me mad if any one can help please

Try this:

Make sure there's a recent backup. Then go to Settings - General - Erase all Content and Settings.
Then set up your device again, using a backup.

If this doesn't help, some parts inside (antenna switch?) might be broken. If your iPhone is still under warranty, take it to an Apple Retail Store, let them take a look at it.

Also, if it is doing this when you are on cellular and not Wi-Fi, check with your wireless provider. Maybe it is from their end.

this is a problem with the baseband chip, mostly results when the phone is water damaged, check in settings - general - about - is there Modern Firmware number ? or null?
