Hello,

Is it possible to copy the movies(in any format like .avi, mp3...) from Laptop to IPhone through itunes. Last time I copied a movie with .mp4 and again failed to copy a other moive with .avi/.mp3.

I even tried to copy the movie from the DVD (.dvd files).

well you can play all the popular file types with apps like CineXplayer. of course legit files we are speaking about that are made in xvid format or other popular file types

Actually no, it isnt (for a change). You legally have the right to copy dvds, cds, etc that you own outright.

Sent from The Droid... The one you were looking for...

Well if is not piracy, then you can try videora to convert the videos to iPhone friendly and the program is free.

Yes, as long as you own the videos is not piracy, you paid for your video and you are making a digital copy. However the distribution of that copy then is piracy.

you'd better make sure the video format supported by iPhone, afaik, iphone only support mp4, mov, m4v
