I like asking Siri about the weather, my location, and I get a good laugh out of her once in a while. I was woundering what would happen if I reset Siri?

Over time Siri learns about you, I.e. your accent, speaking style, and some other naughty things. Resetting that will essentially restore Siri to default 'I don't know who u are'

Yesterday i went to show my friends siri and i was in a place without wifi and siri didnt work?
So siri doesnt work without wifi?

It does. It can use any type of Internet connection. Are you sure it was enabled? Are you sure you had cellular reception? Because if you don't have either, it wouldn't have worked. BTW, apple would have never released Siri if it only worked on wifi. The same cannot be said about FaceTime though
