Mophie Air or Otter Box Defender

Thinking of adding a case for my 5 S. Down to Mophie Juice Pack Air or Otter Box Defender.

Would value pro/cons on both cases.

The Otterbox defender us excellent protection against bumps and drops. While not waterproof, it will protect against rain and spray.

The Mophie juice pack cases don't offer the same level if protection against bumps and drops as the defender and are no protection against water. Their best advantage is the ability to recharge the iPhone battery from the built in battery.

I went with the Mophie Air, while it doesn't provide the protection of an Otterbox it gives me added battery juice and some protection. If I worked in a construction environment or dropped my phone from 10 feet or more on a regular basis, I would go with the Otterbox

If you don't need that high level of protection that the Otter Box gives and i suspect you're very careful with your devices then that extra power might be useful.
